Firstly, hello...this is my first visit to your forum. I am a fairly inexperienced video editor.

Now, to pick your collective brains.

I have been using Studio 8, but I now want to edit video that has two separate audio tracks, each recorded from a discrete microphone.

Will Premiere Elements 2.0 allow me to edit these two audio tracks independently? Or, perhaps I need some other software, Elements 4.0, perhaps? The camera which is being used is a Sony PD150, btw.

I contacted the Pinnacle bods, but they said that their products would not allow me to have two audio tracks...which is a shame, 'cos I have spent quite a bit of time in becoming familiar with Studio 8.
