Default Interactive Picture in Picture

Hello everyone. Hopefully someone might be able to help with this.

I don't know if it even possible, but i have 3 videos, which i wanna have shown as in the picture attached. (3 videos shown on same screen - Picture In Picture). So far so good. This is the easy part. What i am facing problems with - and hoppefully it can be done - is to be able at any given time, to select one of the 3 videos shown, and bring it to full screen, along with making this video sound the main sound. Since there are 3 videos running in parallel though, being able to go back to multy picture in picture, and the 3 videos to remain synchronised is very importand.

Anyone have a clue if this is possible, and if so how to do it? By the way, i am working with Adobe Premier Pro CS3.

Thank guys...

Oh, and another thing is that this i wanna place in a DVD to be played by stand alone DVD players!!!!!

Well you can't do that with adobe premiere, that you're asking for is programming and you only can get with adobe encore, Choose thumbnails to your menus and choose the lenght of the clip to play, but once you choose one you can't go back to the thumbnails unless you choose menu but you're going to start it all over again .
There might be same other software but i do not know it .
