Exclamation I'm an Exporting Idiot!

Hey there,

I'm new to this forum. Looks like a great place though! Glad I found it.

Alright, here are the sad facts:

I have a 55 minute long video (imported as AVI).

I want to export it into Mpeg 2 (m2v) with the best possible settings for a DVD. I'll be creating the DVD with Adobe Encore.

I have Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0.

What settings should I use?

Thank you so much!

-Beth
