What do you mean, the shape that surrounds the clip and it's always changing or the look of the clip and by that you mean the colours . If you're talking about that shape i dunno, probably a masked clip of something , if you're talking about the colours there are lots of options in adobe premiere to achieve good looks , cine look there are lots of tutorials teaching about this cause cine look it's more than colour correction.
You can also use magic bullets in adobe premiere it has it's own's presets of looks and then you can play arround with those and get the look that you want, your unique look .
