Default How to encode Premiere projects via Adobe Video Encoder?

How to encode Premiere CS3 projects via Adobe Video Encoder? Not by the Premiere CS3 onboard Media Encoder! Because I want to use the batch functions of the Video Encoder and outsource the time consuming rendering process. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.
