Smile How do I get an effect like this?!

Hey people... My first post, so please don't flame me for my amaturish ways!

Im 17, into making videos, and came here because hopefully you can help me learn the in's and out's of Adobe Pro Premier CS3.

Here's a video I made the other night (Riding is real bad, just a mess around!)

Feb 25th on Vimeo

I'm into editing, but as you all will probably think, im real bad at it.

Anyway, i'm just wondering if anyone could show me how (if its possible) I can get an effect like this.

Basically, at 10:45 minutes in the video - Lakai - Fully Flared
I would like to know if something like this is possible to do inside of Premier Pro CS3, and if so, could someone send me in the direct of a good tutorial site (I am pretty much beginner, but know how to use the programm), or show me yourself!

Thanks alot people.

are you refering to the shattering effect?
to do this well you will need after effects, and maybe something like trapcode particuler, or particle illustion..

if you visit creativecow.net theres a good tuturioal on something like this using partile illusion..
