Default Video in jpeg

Sorry to be asking this, but I am a complete newbie. I was wondering how to insert a video inside the trophy of the following JPG in Adobe Premier Pro. Thanks for the help!

can u explain a bit more... do u want it inside the trophy itself or just to the left? Where abouts on the trophy? do you the video to be opaque? Do you want the video to be just at the top?
