We are looking for somene experienced in Adobe After effects to make some of our projects come to life . will need to see some evidence of your ability. This will be a long term partnership for the right person. but NOT full time

Sounds like you need someone for some 'real' work. What rates are you offering? If you need a little done here and there I might be able to help but difficult to commit properly to any serious number of hours.

Not really thought of a "rate" as yet but happy to pay whats asked if we get what we need, when we need it..

We dont need any commitment to a number of hours, days, but someone who can accept a project then deliver on time.

Its not a project as such . we are working within a certain market and will require fx and animations for different clients as and when they arise...

sorry to vague but we do not discuss our market openly but will deal with this on a, one at a time, client project basis.. and when we take somone on for each project an NDA will be a basic requirement...
