Default A Premiere Pro CS3 question

First of all, I'd just like to say I took the leap from PP2.0 to CS3 and rightly so. I'm currently working on a music video with 156 files consisting of clips and music imported into the project and Premiere is still working flawlessly, even though it's 75GB worth of files. 2.0 was crashing and corrupting project files for much much less. I'm glad CS3 takes advantage of powerful dual-core CPUs and performance RAM.

Anyways, I've got a small question for the experts. First, please take a look at this video:

Gametrailers.com - Tomb Raider: Legend - Trailer

Notice the triple-bar effect around 00:09 of the video. What would be the best way to create something similar in Premiere Pro CS3?

Thanks for your time.

Perhaps a few ways to do it Captain Mazda, but I'd use the Motion control with keyframes that is found under the 'Effects Controls'

The footage at 9 seconds looks like standard picture-in-picture stuff to me and is very easy to do in Premiere.

3 layers of video, cropping the top two. Search through teh 'guides' in this site and look for Dallas effect.
