If I play a Divx/Xvid outside of my Premier Pro, it works, but INSIDE it does not work.
I can see picture, but there is NO sound.
But there is sound when I play it OUTSIDE.

Google codec info - adobe products can, at times, be picky about what files and formats they'll use.
Just because something plays on your PC may have no effect on what premiere can use.

I typed that in google and I downloaded a bunch of codecs...
None of them work on Adobe Premier Pro, I still don't know what to do. My files don't work at all :/
