Default Premiere Pro - Xvid, Divx?

I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 and I'm wondering if there is any way to get these formats to work. Because when I import, it only adds the audio to the timeline.

Or here is more details about the file, but I do think it's Xvid & Dvix that PP cannot handle:

General
Size = 85249 KB (83 MB)
Length = 00:05:19
Demuxer = avi

Video
Resolution = 512 x 384
Aspect ratio = 1.3333
Format = DX50
Bitrate = 762 kbps
Frames per second = 25.000
Selected codec = ffodivx

Initial Audio Stream
Bitrate = 1411 kbps
Rate =44100 Hz
Channels =2
Selected codec = pcm
