Hey, I have Adobe Premiere Pro 2, and I've been wanting to make a TV simulation effect, like in Sony Vegas, but they don't have it. So I've been wondering how to make one. If you have any tips, they'd be much appreciated, thanks.

What exactly are you after here?
Trying to mak it look like some video is playing on a blank TV? Just corner pin a video layer tothe blank TV.
Want to have a cool animation of anold style TV turning on or off? Aahron has done a good tutorial on this. PM me for location.

I'm looking for something similar to this video at 1:17-1:18. YouTube - Sony vegas Tut
Just the lighter color and lines. Maybe the shaky part to, but the 1:17-1:18 is what I mainly want.

Dunno if this would work for you but if the clip is short I can put the effect on for you in vegas - only practical if the clip is short.
