For those that may be interested have just seen on Amazon that Chris and Trish meyer's creating motion graphics books are about to release the 4th edition and now include AE7 and CS3.

I bought the 3rd edition books after reading recommendations on here and have to say they are great books for learning AE.

The previous books were in two volumes but the new one has been revised and joined together to form one large reference book.

Personally I can't recommend these books highly enough.
