Hello,

I have a problem importing one certain .avi film file(about 700MB) into Premiere Pro 7. It just shows you the little importing window for a very long time and nothing happens, it imports nothing.

Now I read from some older post, where similar problem occured that there might be something wrong with the audio and I should chance the format from mp3 to wav.

So after opening this file with Gspot to find out the audio format it says CBR (not variable bit rate) and 192 kb/s.



Will be thankful if someone knows the answer for this one
