Default Unwanted letterboxing in Premiere

Howdy y'all,

I produce a little video podcast with Premiere. We're about four episodes in, and suddenly, I'm having exporting woes -- namely, my video comes out looking squished vertically. I'm exporting to a QuickTime format. I've tried exporting at 720x480 and at 320X240 (the resolution I really want). Both are squished, and the latter puts letterboxing on the top and bottom of the screen!

I'm using 7.0, which I know is an old version, but I haven't had this problem on any of my other podcasts! I don't know what I've done wrong. Any ideas?
