Default Solid Color Frame Flash

I recently upgraded to Premier CS3 from Elements 3 and when I go back to work on projects that were created for Elements 3.0 (technically for 2.0) I notice everything is fine when I work on them in CS3 but anytime I export (to any format from .flv to .wma) there are parts which "flash" for a single frame to a solid red frame. These red frames do not appear in the project in CS3 but oddly they show up in the same spot every time in the exported video. What is the cause of this and how can I fix it?

I've heard of green frames appearing in the past to represent dropped or missing frames but never red ones. Did you get any reports of dropped or missing frames while capturing the footage? Have you tried editing them out by zooming right in and clicking on display all frames in the timeline and then just cut them out.

There was no reports when I captured, as I recall, and it has been exported fine in Elements 3.0 but when I opened the project in Premier CS3 and export it comes up with these solid frames.

I did zoom in all the way and apparently the two trouble frames were there. Strange that they never appeared during the preview. Thanks for that suggestion, that seems to have cleared it up.

May have been a pre-rendered file left over from the Elements days.
