Default Premiere - problems with Still Images - jittering

Hi, I have a problem with still images in Priemiere (also the Pinnacle SW).
I would like to create a project with still images (photos from digital camera). When I export the project to DVD (or DV tape) and I can see a jitter of light, white and shining places of the photos on the TV screen (PAL).
I try to use "Video options - Frame hold - Deinterlace" but the problem after exporting is still the same.

You can see two images from the project in the attachment

Can you help me, please ?
