I am working in 6.5 Prem Pro and have 10 individual projects that will eventually become 1 finished project.
Trouble is the final editing needs to be done by a company who use Final Cut Pro on a mac.
Anybody know which is the best format to save my projects as to acheive this that will keep the quality high?
Can i save the projects uncompressed so that it will import into Final Cut?
I realise that the in/out/ timecode details will probably be lost or not readable via as the Adobe project will not be recognised by the FCP/Mac.
I am thinking that exporting the projects back to DV tape may be the only way, then the company would have to re digitise the tape into FCP ? will I lose quality this way?
Cheers
Stuart
Any advise would be appreciated.
