Need help on editing a screen capture video - GOTO Meeting, camtasia, captivate etc (1024 x 768, wmv, 40mins , 44MB). My goal is to have a video available on the web streaming or download (MP4).

I tried almost everything adobe movie encoder but the problem was the end result was blurry, any thoughts how to adjust my settings?
