Default Achieving uniform resolution among different clips

I have this one odd video clip out that's significantly smaller than the rest of my clips. They are all regular resolution; I'm trying to resize this one clip by making it bigger, so it fits into the frame well. How do I do this?

Thanks!

open the 'one' clip in your editor and export it using the exact settings of your other clips.

*warning* if your other clip has to be 'zoomed' then you will be extremely unhappy with the resulting pixellation

Curious. I read this as a "How do I zoom my clip" question.
