Default CS3 Questions

I currently only have Premiere Pro 2 and looking towards getting the Production Premium pack (need Photoshop and After Effects, would save some money to get the pack I would think + upgrade).

I see a few options:
- Production Premium (CS2)
- Production Premium CS3
- Production Premium CS3 Upsell

CS3 is not out for another few months, but there's an "upsell" that is shipping already. It says you need Premiere/Photoshop/etc to buy it. What is it - do I still get everything from the other CS3 pack?

Also how much better is CS3? I'm considering perhaps just sticking w/ CS2 (cheaper)... There's also the option to get a free upgrade from Adobe but I'm not sure how reliable that is (you must call etc). Would you have to order from Adobe only to get that upgrade? (might get it from eBay :P )
