Hi ppl....just got in touch with this forum....looks awesome....I need to know few things....
1. By using adobe video editing software can I make affects such as fire and stuff....(on some one's palms as in movies)....?.

2. Do I need a powerful machine to run these software..?
3. What are the best programs for creating such effects?

please help me thnx a bunch guys........
