mpeg2 render in after effects 6.5

i just came to know lately that after effects 7 can render to mpeg2. i browsed AE7's installation directory and found two dll (one for mpeg2 and the other for mpeg2DVD) files which i think are in charge of the render-to-mpeg2 process. the files, i can see there, are VINDALOO CODEC files. does anybody know of something similar to these which i can put into AE 6.5? i want to render mpeg2 from AE but AE 6.5 can't. maybe there is a plugin out there...
