Default Marc Peters 2005 bike video--how do i get similar results

woooah, just saw Marc Peters 2005 bike video...how the hell did you get such good quality on the web...it rocks...anyone know how this file was converted and how it looks so good on the web, would love to know his method..........big up man, good job!!!!!!

That car at the end was really cool.
I dont know what he used to convert it but your right the quality is really good.

so how do you guys convert for web,
im havin loads of problems.....basically im a music producer who has gotten into live recordings and now live video....
ive put up 10 vids fr a local battle of the bands and as avi's all is cool, but when i upload them onto 'video egg' the sound gets phasey and the video shudders a bit,......
tried loads of ways but its takin me ages, pc aint the fastest so between converting and test uploading its taking 2 hours just to test.........is there no tried and tested way??????
c'mon someones got the answers

just to add.....
ive tried xvid but it crashes out at the final uploading stage and firefox dies on me, tryin wmv at the mo but its really pissin me off...5.30 in the morning here and ive got a full day ahead of me......

I use Sorenson Squeeze to convert my videos for upload. There are many different programs out there - this one is the best Ive found so far.
