I have two videos, they're the exact same thing. One is of higher quality and has a time code. The other is of very low quality and does not have a time code. What I am trying to do is to cover up the time code with the very low quality video using the track matte key. Now, this all works fine and dandy; however, there is a slight brightness and contrast level difference between the two. I've attempted to sort it out to the best of my mediocre ability using the Brightness & Contrast tools manually, but I am not having much success with it. Is there some sort of effect or plug-in for Premiere that can attempt to correct the two brightness levels to make them as similar as possible to each other?

try synthetic aperture's color finesse, it's really supreme for color correction. the b/c filter in premiere is just bad. good luck!
