I'm sure everyone has their own favourite places but my two favourite sites for AE tutorials are

Video Copilot Products and Tutorials for Video Professionals and
Creative Cow Media Pros Community

However, as good as these sites (and many others I;m suer you'll find) are for tutorials they are simply no excuse for buying a good book. The best way you'll learn the app is to invest a littel bit of money and a fair bit of time and work through something like the "Creating Motion Graphics with After Effects" 'Meyer' books or the new Angie Taylor book (red one).
