hi all. - been i while since i've been on these forums...

im working on a project and i need to include some stock footage in it - but i am working in pal and the stock footage is hi-def... - having no experince working with hi-def, is it just a case of say, interpreting the footage in after effects, or is there something else that needs to be done?

Assuming your editor can accept the hdv footage just use as normal and when rendered all will be well.

Doiwnconverting the hdv to sd first will make the editing smoother.
