Default Compression Help

I'm a novice when it comes to video editing. I have adobe premier pro and I edited my video and when I export its around 1.3 gigs (5 min video). I need to get it under 100 mb at a decent quality.

Everything I have tried is either over 100mb or extremely poor quality.... I'm very ignorant when it comes to this, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
