hey there guys
whenever i have clips on the first moniter box thing, they go fine, but when my hole movie plays on the right hand screen, its jumpy, the sound comes out normal but the video quality is somewhat laggy
any help greatly appreciated

Just guessing, but possibly you've forgot to render the movie after applying transitions etc or you just have low memory.
What is your full system spec?

If you've got a red line above some or all of your movie in the timeline it needs to be rendered, hit ENTER, let it do its stuff...voila.
If it still looks jumpy you probably need more RAM....
