Creating a menu

This is my first video need a pointer on a menu
I have a video with 3 Main Menu Markers and I have named them when I pick any of the DVD Templates the most markers I can get on the first page is 2.
Is there any way to move or create the 3 main menu markers and have them all on the first page of the menu.
