Is it possible to have adobe media encoder??

Is it possible to have adobe media encoder in ae7(Adobe After Effects 7.0), as adobe premiere doesn't suit me! I am looking forwad to work in ae7 so plz.. tell me the way to get adobe media encoder. Wud appreciate it!!
