Hi there

I'm trying to export a 45 second mpg file from after effects with B/W, added grain. contrast adjusted and a bit of glow - it plays fine on the timeline, but when i export it as a .mov (to put back into Premeire 6.5) the .mov is really jerky. I can scrub through it on Premiere timeline, but when i render it and play it back it's really jerky aswell

also the .mov is rubbish before import to Prem. So i'm guessing its an export prob from After Effects - what am i doing wrong?

(i also have the same problem when i perform the same task in Discreet Combustion 4)

I really need help here so any advice would be greatly received

Details needed here i think. You could have simply chosen non-optimal export settings from AE, wrong frame rate, wrong interlace settings etc etc.

Let us know what settings were used and what versions you are using. Have you tried exporting to a different file type? I typically start with AVI and export back as AVI for inclusion in Premiere.
