Default Digital backgrounds

Hi All
I am editing a wedding video at the moment. On one of the shots where the couple are walking through the church yard I need a slightly out of focus, moving wedding style background, so that I can have an inset of them in focus in the middle of the screen.
Any idea's how I can create the background in Premiere 6?

Thanks for any help.
Dave

What do you mean by"a slightly out of focus, moving wedding style background," as it could be anything.

Premier doent really create anything apart from titles and colour mattes, you'll need to get/create background footage in another app and import it into premier for use.
