Tga. alpha problem in Premiere

I have this two tga. images with apha chanels that I imported in Premiere and want to meger them so they look like one.
The thing is that I have rendered them out with alpha, so that I can join them into one...but as you see a black stich appears

I dont get it why does this thing appear. The camera position is the same so they should be perfectly alinged
