Hi Guys,

I need some help with a piece i'm editing in premiere pro 2.0. I am trying to create a title which flies in from the left with each letter seperate and to the sound of a bullet for each letter... Yes it is a challenge but i would appreciate any help that you guys can give.

Cheers,

Spider

Not difficult and even easier if you have the right tool.

In Premiere Pro you would need seperate titles for each letter as you need to animate each letter independently. In fact you might find it easier to create a layered photoshop file and import as a sequence to preserve layers.

Once you have multiple layers on your Premiere timeline just keyframe themovement of each one independently and add the gunshot sounds as you see fit. Easy.

Alternatively, if you have After Effects there are loads of text animation presets and I;m sure you'll find one that is exactly what you want. All you'll need to do is add the sound.

not really. In this instance having access to AE will change a 20 minute job into a five minute job, that's all. Don't go buying AE on the basis of what i wrote - but do download the demo.
