Default dual monitor layout

what is your favorite way of laying out the panes when using multiple monitors?

Personally;
main monitor:
program monitor
timeline
tiny audio meters
tiny tool bar

secondary monitor:
everything else

is there any way to have two of the same panes?
ex. two program monitors one small one on my main monitor and a large one on my secondary monitor.
