Prem Pro 2.0 ... Lost The Effects Control Timeline

I keep turning off the "effects control timeline" (the timeline that expands on a "wing" to the right of the effects control panel). It won't come back and the little arrow stays greyed out.

I can still see my keyframes on the normal timeline (the one on the bottom) ... but not on the "wing" of the effects control panel.

What gives?

Is there a catch?
