Just got Prem Pro and despite reading through the help sections it's making me feel like an idiot.

I have a couple of films took on my phone camera and I want to make some simple adjustments like...
rotate it 90 degrees
or
put a new audio track over the top - real simple stuff BUT
when I import the MPEG file, it plays the video section about 100 times faster than the audio - it's totally weird.
So my 6 minute holiday vid takes 6 seconds to watch but still 6 mins to listen to.

(100X faster is an approximation)
PLEASE HELP?

before u import the files just use a good converter ( avs. canopus transcoder.vso. etc ) and convert your files to uncompresed avis then u can importe them to premier. dont forget dimensions for pal 720 576 or ntsc
