Compositting PI3 clips using AE is covered far better than I could ever describe in tutorials on the PI3 site (www.wondertouch.com). Also, integrating PI3 and AE is the subject of a DVD of tutorials whcih is actually very good. I'm sure it's linked somewhere on the wondertouch site.
