Okey me and my friends do parkour (free running), and we made a video. so we (i the editor) was trying to give part of the video a slow motion effect on adobe premier pro v7.0. but i could do it. i looked every effect they have and i couldn't find it. do u guys know any software or method that would accomplish this task? thank you
From memory. slo mo in Pro is done by adding a clip to the timeline, right click on it and select the 'speed' option. If you set it to 25% it will run a quarter speed. Set to -100% and it will run backwards. You get the idea.
It's not great though at slo mo as all it does as duplicate frames - pretty much. For good looking slo mo you'll have to look elsewhere other than Premier pro or look to a PPro plugin like twixtor but there's extra $$£££'s involved in that route.
