i have a hdv sony hvr-a1e camera. i made some shots with this and made a project.i will send this to a tv channel over the internet. i would like a format wich is best possible for this kind of use

(i know that reporters making a story in other countries send the stories over internet)

Ask the tv station. Each has their own 'right' way to do things. Often the news room's 'right' way is different from the programming team's 'right' way.
