I am working on exporting my timeline to MPEG 2 in Adobe Premiere Pro.
I am using the Adobe Media Encoder, MPEG 2-DVD format and the Main Concept MPEG Video codec.
I am finding that whatever I adjust my settings to, I get some horizontal lines showing up in fast movement upon playing the MPEG in Windows Media Player. It is really not that noticeable but it bugs me because I have spent countless hours on this piece.
I am working with a max bitrate of 5.5 Mbps in order to fit it on a DVD-5.
Is this something that I can get rid of, or do I have to live with it?
Should I rather export it as an avi and then let Adobe Encore DVD transcode it to MPEG 2?
I appreciate the help.
