Title Deko causes Adobe to crash

Until a few days ago Adobe Premiere 6.5 was fine, now any title created in Title Deko and dragged onto the timeline does not appear on the timeline and causes Premiere to stop working, all other files are OK and titles from Adobe Title builder are OK. Any ideas please. many thanks.

Using Pinnacle DV500 plus on a Win XP machine, 2.6GB processor.
