Default Black and White to Colour Movie

Hi
It might be a stupid question , but i am still going to ask you, I have an Old Black and white movie , and i want to make it colour , is this possible ?

yeah, it's possible but it sure will take a lot of time, you probably need to color the frames a frame-by-frame

Can i do it in Primeir Pro, or do i need to buy another software , Well i have time and i can spend time for it, but I dont know any Idea how much money i need to Make 2 hours Movie,

I don't think you can do it in Premiere, you can probably do somewhat decent job with After Effects or Commotion Pro but it would take a loooooot of time (a LOT!). I'm not sure what program the studios use, but here's more info:

Ooooohhhh~!!~ Black and White to MONO-Colour Movie should be some clicks only. But for a full colour movie. Forget about it. except you have LOOOOOOOT OF MONEY (hire some people to do it) OR TIME ( do it yourself).
