Hey im pretty new to premier pro. When i export my clips the file size is huge even a 59 second clip was 202mb. is there a way i can compress them without loosing quality?

Sorensen squeeze or quicktime pro will do the job

Regardless of which codec you use, a certain amount of detail will be lost. It's a matter of striking a balance between reducing the filesize and keeping the quality good.
