Default Noob Question

Hello everyone. My first time to this site. I'm a rather new person teaching myself Premiere Pro 2.0. I have a DVD for my apartment complex (their advertising ad) but the complex has recently been changed from one name to another. Is there a way to pull the old logo out of video and replace it?

The video was a VOB and I've ripped it to MPEG2 so I could import it into PP. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Respectfully,
Brake

This has been asked before here. The bottom line is that there is no silver bullet to pull your logo out of the page and replace it with the original background. What youy willhave to do is either crop the video to cut the offending logo out or put another one over the top of it so you just don't see the original.

Also, MPEG2 is not the best format to edit you know. There's better people here to specify what/how to do it but if you can convert your MPEG2 to an AI you'll have an easier life.
