Default I need rolling titles for my music video....

Ok, So my music video is coming along quite nicely, i got my split screen, my watermark and i feel good. So im onto my titles...

I need the titles to simply roll in from off screen and then roll off again....
or failing that, i want it to be as similar to the credits to a music video appear on screen on MTV2...

Im using Premiere 6.5 and help is needed!!!

er, try the titler that's built into version 6.5.

I'm sure there's better but from your brief description of requirements it does all that you ask. Your s/w documentation should show you how.

right click on the title in the timeline and go to motion options... or find motion.... if you play with it for a while im sure you could do it.

I've had a trawl through this and thought it has enough in it (in a readable fashion too!) to get going.

(it's ok, just a shorter link into amazon.co.uk!)

I wish i had a manual......
What no help files?
Sounds like a class A drug made from cocaine and bicarb.

You can probably find the user guide on kazaa or some such. Failing that, NEW/TITLE and just experiment until you get what you need. Your probably best off to do what Gwennie says, make a still title and use the resultant clip's motion settings to manipulate it rather than fiddle about with scrolling within the titler.
