has i said , i'm new with premier pro
Anyway, the problem is that when i import a video file(.Mov) in premier
the video is lagging. Even when i export it , the new file is lagging too

i've tried different thing but nothing worked.
Where is the problem?

Can you give us more info like file properties and project settings.

And can you also give a detailed list of your computer set up? When was the last time you defragmented your hard disc? Did you use Firewire to do your capturing or did you use USB (naughty, naughty!!).
