Default Exporting Premier Pro 1.5 to Youtube.com

I have been using Adobe Premier Pro 1.5 for a while and I can make exported videos to Quicktime and to .AVI just fine. The come out clean and everything is swell.

When I upload these videos to youtube.com they look like crap. I have tried all kinds of different exporting options, and I have taken youtube's adivce on how to submit video - but it all looks bad no matter what I do.

However, other people seem to get really nice video on to youtube.com. But I can't find anything out there that tells you how to do it.

Anyone?

Thanks!

Yes. I am aware of that. They compress it into flash from what I hear. There is a way to start a video project in Adobe Premier (selecting the correct parameters etc.) and then compressing it to look decent on youtube. Someone out there knows - because you can see examples of good looking video on youtube.com
