yet another interlacing problem. But the solutions I have gathered so far from the forum hasn't helped.

I use Premier Pro 1.5 to export to DVD straight off. In settings I've tried selecting 'Fields : none' + non progressive preset and progressive on two diff attempts but both times I've got the lines problem.

Playing the dvd on PC looks fine. I've attached what TV viewing looks like.

Any help would be appreciated .

I have to give this into a tv studio tomorrow and my plan was to burn straight to DVD and send it off. Is there any other option? Maybe if i render as high quality AVI or something they can work with? Advice needed

Export to DV and send that, it will be high quality a easily editable.

The lines in the pic look quite wide did you scale the video up to fit the project settings or add PAL vid to NTSC project or vice versa? If you did then the video will need to be de-interlaced before importing in to the project.
